Carefully restored while preserving its original character, this three-story house is tucked inside a traditional Mexican vecindad and filled with hidden murals created by local Latin American artists.
The spacious open kitchen is designed for gathering, cooking, and sharing memorable meals with family and friends. Upstairs, the rooftop patio offers a peaceful place to relax, enjoy your morning coffee, or unwind after a day exploring the city. Davi is an absolute treasure. Always with a smile, he gave excellent restaurant recommendations and stayed in touch (he's bilingual) throughout the week. His place is beautiful and artistic. The private room was clean and spacious with a super soft bed. I can’t wait to come back next year!

The house is lovely and compact. I love it — it's very colorful, and there are plenty of murals to admire as you move around. It's very easy to get an Uber or Didi from here. I loved the neighborhood — there are many amazing restaurants within walking distance, and several convenience stores just a minute away on foot. The taco place next door is also a huge plus: it's open late, serves really good food, and the prices are reasonable.

I enjoyed my stay. Everything was conveniently located, from the metro to a 7-Eleven and a taco restaurant nearby. It can be a bit noisy at night, but it didn't bother me much since I was enjoying the nightlife myself. I had a couple of minor issues, but Davi resolved them quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

RULES
Check-in / Check-out:
We are entirely flexible with check-in and check-out times, dependent on the schedule of your arrival and of previous or subsequent guests.
If you arrive early and the house is still undergoing cleaning, we kindly request that you leave your luggage in the home, collect the keys, venture out to explore Coyoacan, and return when the house is fully prepared.
For those desiring a late check-out, you can leave your luggage at the home to allow our cleaning staff to commence their work. We are happy to coordinate a later time for you to retrieve your belongings and return the keys.
