My stay at Davids house and neighborhood has been way beyond my expectations, in many levels. Such a warm and cosy welcoming place with lovely neighbors and friends of him that took care of us like family! Most likely my best experience ever. Magical place and people. Highly recommended. Thanks again for all David! Top dude (not mentioning his local rockstar top dog Meztli, but that s another long story).

We stayed at Davi’s for 4 nights during our time in Mexico City and really enjoyed this little artistic house. The location was good, close to public transport and within walking distance
to Coyoacán. We were lucky that Davi greeted us late at night and invited us to a Russian dinner at his home!

Davi is an absolute treasure. Always with a smile, he gave excellent restaurant recommendations and stayed in touch (he's bilingual) throughout the week. His place is beautiful and artistic. The private room was clean and spacious with a super soft bed. I can’t wait to come back next year!

Wow! This was the best of the half a dozen places we stayed around CDMX, and so glad we ended our trip here. It is not the most pristine modern luxury place, but the kitchen has everything you could want, and the space is really great. The custom stairs make it super light, and fun to be in. The roof deck and all the different spaces make it easy to work here if needed (even if you're on the same calls). As a host, you can't ask for any more - he waited on us to arrive, and helped us out while we were there.

The room features a comfortable sofa that easily converts into a bed, along with a dedicated workspace for crafting your masterpieces. It’s the perfect place to unleash your creativity!
Welcome to the Music Room, a creative space filled with musical instruments. It offers access to a rooftop terrace where you can practice yoga or relax by the fire under the stars. Whether you're jamming with friends or seeking tranquility, the Music Room is the perfect blend of inspiration and peace!
RULES
Check-in / Check-out:
We are entirely flexible with check-in and check-out times, dependent on the schedule of your arrival and of previous or subsequent guests.
If you arrive early and the house is still undergoing cleaning, we kindly request that you leave your luggage in the home, collect the keys, venture out to explore Coyoacan, and return when the house is fully prepared.
For those desiring a late check-out, you can leave your luggage at the home to allow our cleaning staff to commence their work. We are happy to coordinate a later time for you to retrieve your belongings and return the keys.
