It was the sanctuary where he lived with his dogs, a space he loved to share with friends and family alike. As the very first house of the residency, it served as the original gathering point for artists — a place of legendary parties and creative sparks. This is where the story of Vecindad Murales truly began.
This authentic history sets it apart from standard rentals, ensuring that every visitor today still feels the genuine heartbeat of a lived-in home with a soulful history. to Coyoacán. We were lucky that Davi greeted us late at night and invited us to a Russian dinner at his home!

Davi is an absolute treasure. Always with a smile, he gave excellent restaurant recommendations and stayed in touch (he's bilingual) throughout the week. His place is beautiful and artistic. The private room was clean and spacious with a super soft bed. I can’t wait to come back next year!

It has three stories and 3.5 bedrooms, with each room available for individual rental.

Features a king-size bed below a ceiling mirror within a jungle of vines, along with an outdoor shower on a balcony filled with lush plants and a traditional Mexican fountain. The full private bathroom has a bathtub that comfortably fits three, and the balcony has private access to the rooftop.
Ascend to comfort and charm in our loft bedroom featuring an elevated full-size bed, accessed by a captivating floating staircase and adorned with a mesmerizing Hummingbird Mosaic Mural.
Enjoy cozy relaxation in our loft bedroom with a raised full-size bed reached by a floating staircase. The wall are adorned with a beautiful mural of succulent plants, adding a touch of nature charm. The windows of the room overlook the internal garden of the house.
This half-bedroom features a cozy single bed, perfect for couch surfers or hippies who might linger a bit longer than planned.

Check-in / Check-out:
We are entirely flexible with check-in and check-out times, dependent on the schedule of your arrival and of previous or subsequent guests.
If you arrive early and the house is still undergoing cleaning, we kindly request that you leave your luggage in the home, collect the keys, venture out to explore Coyoacan, and return when the house is fully prepared.
For those desiring a late check-out, you can leave your luggage at the home to allow our cleaning staff to commence their work. We are happy to coordinate a later time for you to retrieve your belongings and return the keys.
